Delivery options and charges are shown at checkout before you pay. Where several items are ordered together, they may be sent in one parcel where practical.

Delivery

We will use the delivery details you provide at checkout. Delivery timing depends on the selected courier, destination and operational conditions. Please ensure that your address and contact details are accurate; additional costs caused by incorrect details may be payable by you.

Returns

Because many items are individual vintage, antique or preloved pieces, returns for change of mind are not ordinarily accepted. Contact us promptly if an item delivered materially differs from its listing, arrives damaged, or we made an error. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
